Dr. Getachew Genber Felaka currently serves as the Deputy Commissioner of the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) of Ethiopia. In his role, he focuses on driving key reforms in human resource management, public service delivery improvement, and modern leadership capacity within the Ethiopian civil service sector.
Prior to his appointment, Dr. Getachew held significant academic and administrative roles in Ethiopia’s higher education sector. He is recognized for his contributions to university leadership, academic excellence, and policy development.
